Feeding advice

To ease the transition from mother’s milk to solid food, at around 4 weeks of age you can moisten Husse Kattunge kibbles with some lukewarm water. At first add a lot of water (to obtain a porridge), and then gradually reduce the amount of water as the kitten matures. Make sure that your kitten can easily reach the bottom of the bowl. Leave the dry food where your cat can reach it any time. Cats eat often and in small quantities. You can serve the dry food plain, once the weaning process is completed. For daily ration see feeding table. The recommended daily ration is only a guide as requirements vary considerably from cat to cat. A bowl of fresh water should always be available to your cat.
